02

Website Information

The Website is intended to provide general information regarding the Institute, programmes, faculty, admission process, branches, results and related educational services.

While reasonable efforts are made to keep Website information accurate and updated, course details, examination patterns, eligibility requirements, schedules, fees, faculty allocation and other information may change from time to time.

Students should verify important admission or examination-related information with the Institute and the official examination authority before making decisions.

03

Eligibility for Admission

Admission to a particular course may depend upon:

  • Age;
  • Educational qualification;
  • Academic status;
  • Eligibility requirements of the relevant entrance or competitive examination;
  • Availability of seats;
  • Batch capacity; and
  • Such other requirements as may be communicated by the Institute.
Eligibility criteria mentioned on the Website are for general guidance only. Final eligibility to appear for any examination is determined by the concerned university, examination authority, recruitment body or other competent organisation. The Institute does not control or determine such external eligibility requirements.
04

Students Below Eighteen Years of Age

Certain programmes may be suitable for students who are below eighteen years of age.

Where required by applicable law or Institute policy, admission, collection of personal information, fee-related decisions or other material matters concerning such students may require involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

A parent or guardian completing admission formalities on behalf of a minor confirms that he or she has lawful authority to do so.

05

Enquiry and Counselling

Users may contact S.P. Classes through telephone, email, Website forms, personal visits or other authorised communication channels.

Submission of an enquiry or request for callback:

  • Does not guarantee admission;
  • Does not reserve a seat;
  • Does not create an obligation to enrol;
  • Does not constitute confirmation of a particular batch; and
  • Does not require the Institute to provide a particular course unless admission is formally confirmed.
Counselling provided before admission is intended to assist students in understanding available courses and examination options. Students remain responsible for making their own academic and career decisions.
06

Admission and Enrollment

Admission shall ordinarily be regarded as confirmed only after:

  1. 1The applicable admission formalities have been completed;
  2. 2Required information or documents have been provided;
  3. 3The applicable course or admission fee has been paid or an authorised payment arrangement has been accepted; and
  4. 4Admission has been confirmed by S.P. Classes.
The Institute may refuse admission where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, information supplied is materially incorrect, the batch has reached capacity or there exists another reasonable academic, operational or legal ground for refusing admission.
07

Accuracy of Student Information

Students and parents are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Institute is complete, accurate and current. This may include:

  • Student name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Contact information;
  • Parent or guardian information;
  • Academic qualifications;
  • Examination details;
  • Identification information; and
  • Other information requested during enrollment.
The Institute shall not be responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, false, incomplete or outdated information supplied by a student or parent.
08

Course Fees and Payment

The applicable course fee, payment schedule, instalment options, taxes or other charges, wherever applicable, shall be communicated before or at the time of admission.

Students and parents should obtain and retain the applicable receipt or payment acknowledgement.

Unless specifically included in the course fee, expenses such as examination application fees, university or college admission fees, government fees, travel or accommodation expenses, external certification fees, or charges levied by third-party examination bodies shall remain the responsibility of the student.

Payment of coaching fees does not constitute payment of examination or college admission fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

09

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund

Important Policy

The applicable cancellation, withdrawal, easy-exit and refund conditions shall be disclosed to the student before or at the time of admission and shall form part of the admission terms.

Any refund request shall be considered in accordance with:

  • The applicable refund policy communicated at admission;
  • The extent to which services have already been provided;
  • Study material or other benefits already supplied;
  • The date on which a written withdrawal request is received; and
  • Applicable consumer-protection, coaching-sector and other laws or regulatory requirements.
No provision of these Terms shall restrict any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. A student seeking withdrawal should communicate the request through an authorised channel and obtain acknowledgement from the Institute.
10

Course Duration, Timings and Batch Allocation

Course duration and batch timings displayed or communicated are indicative unless expressly confirmed.

S.P. Classes may reasonably modify class timings, academic calendars, batch schedules, lecture sequence, test schedules, classroom allocation, mode of instruction, or faculty allocation where necessary due to academic requirements, holidays, examinations, faculty availability, administrative reasons, emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any material changes shall, as far as reasonably practicable, be communicated to affected students.

11

Faculty and Teaching Arrangements

The Institute may allocate or change faculty members according to academic requirements, faculty availability and programme needs.

Admission to a course does not create an absolute right to instruction exclusively by any particular faculty member unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The Institute shall endeavour to maintain reasonable academic standards notwithstanding any faculty or scheduling changes.

12

Study Material & Intellectual Property

Study material supplied by S.P. Classes may include printed books, booklets, notes, question banks, worksheets, mock tests, presentations, digital material or other educational resources.

Such material is intended exclusively for the personal educational use of enrolled students.

Students shall not, without written permission:

  • Reproduce substantial portions of the material;
  • Scan or digitally distribute the material;
  • Upload it to websites or social-media platforms;
  • Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit it;
  • Share restricted digital access credentials; or
  • Represent the material as their own work.
All intellectual-property rights in original Institute material remain with S.P. Classes or the respective rights holder.
13

Mock Tests and Performance Analysis

Mock examinations, practice tests, percentile estimates, rankings, assessments and performance reports provided by the Institute are intended for academic preparation and performance improvement.

Mock-test results:

  • Are not official examination results;
  • Do not guarantee equivalent performance in an actual examination;
  • May depend on the number and profile of participating students; and
  • Should not be interpreted as an assurance of admission, selection or employment.
Students are encouraged to use such assessments as learning and improvement tools.
14

Attendance and Student Responsibility

Regular attendance, practice and active participation are important components of examination preparation.

Students are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled classes and tests;
  • Complete assigned practice work;
  • Maintain appropriate classroom conduct;
  • Follow reasonable academic instructions;
  • Respect faculty members, staff and other students;
  • Protect Institute property;
  • Avoid disruptive or abusive behaviour; and
  • Refrain from cheating, impersonation or other academic misconduct.
The Institute may take reasonable disciplinary action in cases of serious or repeated misconduct, subject to applicable law and fair procedure.
15

Examination Applications

Students remain responsible for independently checking:

  • Official examination notifications;
  • Application dates and deadlines;
  • Eligibility criteria;
  • Required documents and certificates;
  • Examination fees;
  • Admit cards and hall tickets;
  • Examination centres;
  • Reservation requirements; and
  • Changes announced by the relevant authority.
S.P. Classes may provide reminders or guidance as a convenience but does not assume responsibility for a student's failure to complete an official examination application or comply with requirements prescribed by an examination authority.
16

No Guarantee of Examination Results or Admission

Disclaimer

Success in an entrance or competitive examination depends upon several factors, including the student's preparation, attendance, ability, examination performance, competition and criteria prescribed by the relevant authority.

Where written consent is legally required for advertising or promotional use of a successful student's name, photograph, testimonial, video or other identifying information, such consent shall be obtained separately and in the manner required by applicable law.

Admission to S.P. Classes shall not, by itself, constitute unrestricted consent to use a student's identity or success for advertising purposes.

Result-related representations shall be based on records reasonably available to the Institute and shall not knowingly create a false or misleading impression regarding selection rates, rankings, services received by a student or results attributable to the Institute.
